It's not only the muffler that makes it sound that way.

Good Luck.

The only thing you will be able to do is get somewhat close to that sound, but you will more than likely be unable to achieve that smooth, low, thick growl that the Z and G35c's produce. One reason being - the 280hp V6 compared to our less tuned 3.0s and 3.5s (222,255hp respectively). I just ordered my new ypipe and test pipe from Budget yesterday which should get me close to the Z exhaust note, but not exact. Check out Soonerfan's video in his sig, he has the same setup and it sounds pretty close.

the best setup ive heard was frankencar cat back exhasut with Cattman headers, it sounds GREAT low deep growl just like the Z. Plus ALOT extra POWER>>>

Eather Cattman or Hotshot headers with FrankenCar Cat-back will give you something similar to the G350Z.

maxima polak has it right. The Z sounds the way it does because its a true dual exhaust system. The only way to get remotely close is with headers. The muffler makes no difference in the sound, just the tone (how high/low pitched it is)
