Exhaust Question: Stay or Go Double?

Should I just upgrade my single system or branch it to a double?

i vote upgrading the current system. a few here have dual exhaust but had to cut around the spare tire area. unless you are just going for the dual exhaust look then stick with upgrading your current system. headers, b pipe, high flow cat or test pipe would be my suggestions.

you cannot do a true dual exhaust on our cars. best you can do it dual tips like accords which is only for looks (no performance gains)

agreed, upgrade single. plus, if you ever want a lip kit, none of them have a cut out for duals, so you would have to get the Sorona rear.

you can't put a true "dual exhaust" on our maximas, only a "dual muffler" exhaust (like the accords and acuras have...). All this is doing is adding weight to the car, and you will get NO performance gains.

Does anyone have a cattman exhaust system. If so, do you have any sound clips you could send me?
