would it be difficult to take off the door handles? i think you would have to go through the inside and take the door sides off..correct me if im wrong.
overall is this a hard project?

The handles are removed by first taking off the door panel from the inside.

You won't damage any electrical components unless you jerk the panel off the door. There is a high probability you'll damage one or more ofthe clips used to hold the door in place.

KCMC582, I have a 2000 Sterling Mist (I guess that's the color), but I am interested in swapping for chrome handles. But I need to know how extensive the switch will be before committing.
