Hood Flutter TSB
So, I'm finally getting around to doing something about this (but on my dime).

1)Anyone who got the TSB or the parts. Did it work?

2)Is there another recommended fix?

I just raised the rubber hood stopper on the driver's side a bit. That fixed my hood flutter.

There is a way to adjust the hood latch too, but I haven't looked into that.

Improved, but, not fixed. However, I did not pull down the hood liner to see if the dealer actually did the epoxy process. I can see where they did the rubber above the headlamps. I would give it a try.
