does 2002 max have aknock sensor? if so where is it?i just put in cai and now when i get into upper rpms and the throttle body starts to roar the engine stumbles like its sensing a knock what can i do?can you disconnect sensor?please help.

 

of course it does. disconneting it wouldn't be a good idea, you icu will go into retarded timing mode.

 

Look into the right side of your motor under the intake. Way up in there you'll be able to see the KS.
