im gonna assume someone has tried incorporating that into a WAI or CAI, what does it look like inside? How does the resonator chamber build up pressure? Is it venturi effect? And this is why its restrictive at higher speeds?

 

I have no clue, only throwing out ideas so perhaps someone else with more knowledge can answer the questions.
