Finally pictures before and after repairs on 03 SE

Some time ago I posted about a 2003 SE that I bought with minor body damage. A lot of you asked me to post pictures after I get it all fixed up. So here they are.

I didn't feel like posting all of them, so here is the link to cordomain:
http://www.cardomain.com/id/szaferski

P.S. It is for sale if anyone is interested $14,000. It has 23,000 miles and runs/drives like a dream. I didn't realize that 255 horses will pull that hard, wow!

Look in the 4 sale forum. I have 2 5.5 gens for sale. Two identical SEs, 2002 and a 2003.

Oh, don't think there is something wrong with it and that is why I am trying to get rid of it. It is just what I do. I get cars from an insurance auction take them to my my buddy's shop and have it fixed for cost. I'll make a few hundred $, sell it and buy something else. I get to drive different cars and whoever buys it gets a great deal on an almost new car.

Looks like the car slid into a ditch and rested on on the side, so it was a purely body job, no mechanical damage.

I hear you. I am addicted to the VQ too. This is my third one in a row.

I just replaced the Craptenzas with brand new, gummy, high performance Yokohamas, and man they grip beautifully... I absolutely love driving this car!

There is no comparison between the 4th gen and the 5.5. The extra 60+ hp makes a hell of a difference

they removed the salvage title? i only ask cuz the only concern with having a salvage reporteed on the title is that the cars resale value suffers, it should be pointed out to potentialy buyers.

i hate that stupid salvadge title thing. it is pointless. and people easily get scared when they see it. i say if the car was fixed properly and passes everything like brake/light and smog and the chp, it is just like any regular car out there on the road.

i agree, it basically kills the resale value

Not to flame you or anything but YOU might think or KNOW that the car has been fixed properly. If someone else (a complete stranger) buys a car that had a salvage title, they are still in 50 50 risk of that car completely crapping out in the future. Now to back this statement up, this can as well happen to ANY used car. Any used car that we buy we are in for a surprise and rely on luck because we just don't know how badly the car has been abused or what not. Thats why most people are usually shook to buy a salvage car, because they have no clue how well the repair was, SPECIALLY if the car had body or mechanical damage.

yeah but the car goes through a inspection before it can gets plates so i dotn see why the person that is selling the car should suffer. i think that if chp checks out the car and says it okay and verify everything, there shouldnt be a problem. i understand that some body shop do crappy work but those places should not even exist then.
