Window Rattle

Question: I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima SE 20th Anniversary Edition for two months now, I’ve noticed a noise from both windows when I open them, like a rattle.
The noise will go away if I rise up the windows a little, the dealer says that it’s the floating regulator in the windows and that there is no fix other then when you open the window rise it up a little to stop the noise.
Any suggestions.
