If I get aftermarket struts, will that work with my factory springs well?

 

Oh and I have a 2001 Infiniti I30t, and hoping to get Tokico Illuminas... what do u guys think with the factory springs?

So it won't be as stiff right? Like going over bumps and stuff if I keep the factory springs and use the Tokico?

 

blues are softer than illuminas but more bouncier

I had them both w/ my S-Techs. Even w/ the lowest setting on Illuminas, ride was still harsher compared to blues. Little bouncy but I don't mind.

KYB GR2 vs Illuminas vs Blues WITH stock springs? I'm reading great things on the KYB GR2, that's it just like OEM but with a lil better handling. Which is what I want! Or should I go with the Blues?

 

Never owned GR2s. Blues feel closest to OEM.
