The Altima SE-R is basically the same price as a TL. I'd suggest the TL over any Nissan FWD sedan too...

Ditto, do the TL. I almost did the TL. Timing was just a bit off so I went for a used Max.

ALtima SE-R is an awsome car. I personaly like the GS400, and the BMW 3 series which u can get for like 34K out the door.

Like most have said, if possible, the TL is a great choice.

SE-R in my opinion is just an overpriced Altima with a extra gear.

5spd Altima 3.5L was 5.9 to 60 per Motor Trend. Skip the TL, get yourself a G35 6spd sedan. Or find a left over 04 M45, dealer around my house is calln me all the time with one for 34K bux plus tax- with navi brand new. 4.5L V8, RWD, more comfort than anything in Acuras line up.

well...i almost wound up with an excellent deal on a dealer demo 05 maxima sl loaded with literally every option, even the unnecessary (for me, at least) navi system...but for a little less money i went with the Murano because i have a house upstate. although i know this is nothing like my pathfinder for offroad/snow conditions, in light/moderate snow i shouldnt have much of a problem. i got stuck with my maxima 2 times in the snow already, which might have also been because of the kinda crappy michelin energy plus mxv4 things i had on there. either way, i am very happy with the murano so far; the handling is fantastic for any truck or car for that matter, the engine is smooth, quiet, and very powerful. i still cant help missin my maxima just a lil...lol
