hey guys, i need to know what size is the stock 2000 Maxima SE rims...the ones with six pokes ( i think )....thanks..

 

Is it 16" or 17"????

 

17" by 7" comes with 225/50/17 tires stock.

the 5-spoke rims are 16" by 6.5"

 

The base is 16' rims. 17' inch are an options/package.

If you're planning on getting aftermarket rims though save the dough and get the base rims and you'll probably be able to sell them. Or get the 17 inch and resell those...seen some posts in the past were there are those interested.

so the 2000 AE rims r 17"....and the REGULAR SE rims r 16" right????....hahah my aunts tire popped so i gotta check what inch their r...

The SE with the comfort and convenience pakage come with the 17's. The AE comes with the same 17's as those except they are polished chrome. The base SE without C&C pakage comes with 16's....

 

So how do i know if i dont have the comfort and convenience package...i dont have BOSE, or leather seats...but i have a sunroof, and the garage door opener built in with the car...
so do i have the C&C package???

 

Unless it's a Canadian Max, then it's 17's. None of this C&C, Meridian, base, AE crap.. It's all one honker of a beast with big tires and beefed suspension.

But all in all, there is only one thing we ALL have the VQ and that just seems to make things right in this world. (Cumbaya my Lord, Cumbaya.....)

 

Sounds like you have the C&C package....but are you talking about a '99 or a 2k? The '99 SE's came with 16" rims.....only the 2k and above have the 17" six-spoke rims...

Are the lugs exposed(showing) or does the wheel have a center cap? If they are exposed lug wheels then they are 16" other than that they are 17". You'd be better off telling your aunt to go look on the sidewall of the tire and the size can found there!

 

sounds like you have 17's then.....

6 spoke = 17's
5 spoke = 16's
