I just bought a 2002 Max GLE. dont know what prev. owner did cause i got it at an auction, but it has 88,000 miles. What maintenence should I do?? Also how can I find out what recalls/service bullitens/etc the dealer will cover and how to get them to cover them.
also, what manuels/books will be the best for doing the above service on the car and where to get the books/manuels.

Welcome and congrats on your car. The first suggestion I will make is, read and review the stickies in this (5th Gen) section. LOTS of useful information especially in the FAQ thread.

Congratulations!! I'm glad to see that you dont live in an HID-theft prone area. But, I recommend that you get the data dots done.

Also, you can call the closest Nissan dealership near you; give them ur VIN number and let them check if any recalls has to be done or has be done by the previous. Good luck with your max.

 

congrats... ive had my 02 GLE (45000 miles)...for a few weeks now and love it...

Found all the service records at the local nissan dealer, i suggest you do find out about the recalls too
