Stealth Mod

I tried reading the how to's for this, but the link wasn't working. I have seen many of you talk about making the corner lights blink with the signals, but I dont understand how to do this. I just ended up trying to find out why the link didnt work then i ended up reading about what looked like an argument that lead to the link not working and just confused me even more. could someone be kind enough to explain it again?

pretty simple.. on the "signal bulbs" you will find 2 nubs... this is basically a guess and check method... you would have to get electrical tape on one of the nubs... just put a piece of electric tape on one of the nubs and plug and play... if it doesn't work.. try the other nub... to the same for the other side... and bang... nice steath light mod.... i love it!

That's it? All the other threads about this mentioned rewiring...but I could never find a correct write-up for an '03. '03 side markers are 168s and don't have nubs per se, more like leads. I wonder if this still applies.

Imax, i think youre confusing two different mods; the one known as the "stealth mod" is when the running lights only come on when the blinkers/hazards are on, and ZeRo explains how to that one. there is also a corner light rewire to get them to blink WITH the blinkers but i dont know how to do it ud have to check the how-tos.

EDIT: dont know if the stealth is different on 2k2+ but on my 2k theres only two bulbs in the housing hi/low beam and running/blinker
