my dad decided to pour it into my engine nd now when i floor it, the RPMS jump really high and it takes a second for the car to start pushin it...

You can definitely overfill the oil which is what it sounds like your dad did. If it were me, I'd just take her in for an oil change. They'll drain all the oil out of her and fill her back up to the proper level. You may want to get the plugs cleaned too.

if you overfill, does that cause oil frothing, in which case froth is circulated , which kill the engine bearing? I had the once on my honda.

Take off the oil filter. When you do that one quart will fall out. Just pop back the filter after.

Overfilling is a big no no. I forgot why but it breaks down the engine.

Depending on how much you overfill. If the crankshaft is submerged in oil, it will slam the journals into the oil while rotating. Another thing that would happen is the crankshaft bearings will cause the oil to heat up more than normal.

The dipstick doesn't suck, it dips. I don't have any problems using mine. Yes, there was a thread about this a while back. Some people didn't like the dipstick and others used it without any problems.
