oem pads are ceramic???

after shaving my oems and warping a set of stillen xd rotors, i'm going with brembo blanks this time. i'll be ordering them from tirerack and i need to know what you guys think about pads.

i'm running porterfields now. they stop great, good initial bite but almost too touchy, kinda herky-jerky braking. want something more linear and smooth with much less dusting. will standard pads like hawk or ebc work well with the brembos?

i have been running ceramics on front and they don't dust any, but the stopping isn't that great. i have heard good things about the oem pads.

I've only tried Porterfield, OEMs and Axis MM. I feel that the Porterfields are the best, easy on the rotor, compared to the others. OEMs tend to fade easily under heavy use.

I've been quite pleased with the performance of my OEM pads along with my iRotors slotted & cross-drilled discs.
