It went very well. Took me about 1.5 hours overall. I took some pictures with my film camera, so photos will take a bit more time before I get them on my site. So far, without pushing my car hard, I can feel less body roll. I had my doubts about the effectiveness of a RSB on a car with a beam axle, but I was happy to see it worked.

Springs

Okay... I wasn't going to spring for the springs, but now I'm thinking about it. I want to lower the car about an inch, but don't want a harsh ride. Recommendations?

Hey Mike... things settled down now? Thanks for telling me about Gotrice (Phuong). He's been giving me great prices on parts. I think I'm done with my mods. (Said that 3 months ago. LOL)

Re: Eibach Springs

Are these okay with stock struts? I prefer not to buy new struts just yet.

As far as I know there are no aftermarket struts/shocks availible for us yet?

Yes everything has FINALLY calmed down, Hawaii was fantastic, and after the weather we've had this weekend I want to go back!!

RSB really helps. All I have now is just the rsb for my Y2K maxima. I'm still waiting for the fstb. Do u feel the whole car being stiffer after having the rsb and the fstb on the car?

Definitely stiffer with FSTB and RSB. Also, my car has very little understeer now, to the point of almost being neutral. (More testing to confirm this soon.)

THe Eibach Pro Kit springs were made specifically to work with the stock shocks. The spring rate is moderate enough that it will not blow the valving. It will decrease life slightly, but not prematurely in the way that higher sprung springs will do.

Do you know how much this goes for and where I can get it? Do you carry Eibach?

Yep, I carry Eibach springs. I'll have to check on my pricing since I've never got a quote on them before.

I wonder how much Tire Rack sells them for, though... anyone know?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Eibach Springs

Just priced it on Tire Rack. $248 for the 2000 Maxima. They also recommend the camber kit. I'm going to keep mine stock for now. The ride got a little stiffer with the RSB.
