I have a 2K SE with 6,600 miles. As soon as the weather turned cool in the Northwest (last Oct) I noticed an intermittent rattle/clicking somewhere inside the dash. As the car warms up inside it usually goes away. It happens on non perfect road surfaces mostly.

Anyone elso have a similar experience? Anny suggestions? I've read all the TSBs and am hessitant to take it to the dealer as they generally cause more cosmetic damage than problems they fix, and turning up the stereo of course masks the problem.

Sounds like the pillar TSB. You can put form in between the pillar and the dash to fix the rattle. TimW has posted instructions on this before.

It could also be the fan problem, where the fan was striking something and causing a clicking sound. I never experienced this. So, I can't say for sure what it sounds like, but I can imagine.

Would that make a continuous clicking noise the whole time? That would be REALLY annoying.
