Illumina settings?

Getting ready to install my Illuminas and H-Techs. What settings are you guys running with the Illuminas? Also, is 5 the hardest or softest setting? Thanks.

5 is the hardest. I have mine at 3F/4R. I like it fine, handles great and ride is not that bad. It's at 3F/3R from factory, and the back end for me just wasn't tight enough. Hope that helps.

I have my Illuminas set at 5F/5R running with Eibach Progressive springs. The ride is bumpy, but handles great.

it all depends on the suspension setup you are running, including RSB, etc...

With the LTB and RSB on my car, I have the illuminas at 3F/3R or 4F/3R if I'm doing some spirited driving. The higher you crank up the back relative to the front (i.e 3F/5R) the more oversteer you will have. conversely a 5F/3R setting will give you alot of understeer.

You should really go out to a big lot when you get the car and test out various settings for the best setup with your other suspension monds. generally, it's agreed upon that just a slight amount of understeer is the safest and most stable setup (so you don't lose the tail).

I see from your site you have no other suspension mods, so you should probably go with a firmer rear setting (would be softer if you had a RSB)....

If you're running 19's, I would suggest a 3F/4R set, for the best ride quality and handling....

I have RSB and FTSB and I'm interested in Tokico Illuminas as well as their springs since Custommaxima has a group deal going on right now (149$ for all 4 springs).

Problem is, I am still riding on the stock 15" Sawblades. What kind of effect will this have?

Mine are set at 3f/2r. Ride is awesome. On Eibach springs until Thursday then I'll be on H-techs.
