installed the basslink today and the remote **** just spins, there is no stop/max or min. is this normal???? and this **** doesnt seem to make any difference/

 

No that isn't normal. Sounds like the potentiometer is hosed. Contact Harman (Infinity) and get a new one..... parts@harman.com

If it wasn't from an authorized internet retailer, then you probably will be charged for it. It doesn't always pay to go the cheap route, does it? My guess is that the remote **** doesn't have hardly anything to it internally and my not cost you more than $30-40 shipped.
