Progress Springs on Stock Struts

Just want to know whos riding like this? I know I should get aftermarket struts which I will do. Just I have some other things coming in so can't get the struts right away. If you are riding like this, how is the ride quality on stock SE struts?

I am!.. For now at least. I am ordering Illuminas in about 3 weeks, so not to much longer.. I have been driving around on stock struts for about 5 months and the ride is kinda bumpy, but not to bad. I am sure Illuminas will make a world of difference though. Good luck to ya!

NOOO WAY DUDE U STOLE MY NAME!!!!!!!

it's all good... gotta represent for the Tdot!!

i'll put my .02 in... illuminas do make a huge difference. i've had my max w/ teins & stock GLE struts & the ride was caca compared to teins+illuminas. u probably wont realize how bad the ride actually is until you upgrade. my illuminas were worth every penny.

Just got Tein H-Techs installed today with stock struts and I love the ride. I think it rides better than the stock springs. I am eventually going to get new struts just not anytime soon.

i've got a question. if i don't plan on ever changing the settings on my struts and want something comprable to the stock ride is it worth it to save the money and get the HPs instead of illuminas?

I have heard the illuminas are a much better ride and for the extra 150 bucks you migh as wel save up and do it right.

I would think so... unless someone can present a convincing argument as to why the Illuminas would be better other than being adjustable....

Oh well. Springs are on their way. I'm riding on stock for a bit. I don't drive a lot anyways, and this will be temp. And the area I live in (new development) roads are brand new. so I should be ok for a couple months.

You should hit 2 birds with one stone by replacing both stock struts/springs in one day...

But it's your choice
