I removed the silencer..for me it's not too loud because it is no longer a traveling car. When I am WOT, the intake sound takes over.

i think it sounds pretty good, i dont mind loud exhausts unless it drones on the freeway or when the cops look your way, kinda sounds like a v8

I like the sound, but since I drive my Maxima a lot in the city and on the highway, I'd be concerned about droning at certain RPMs. How does the sound change when you're actually moving at different speeds?

I know your setup is too loud for the taste of many Maxima owners, but I wouldn't call it rice. It's not raspy. It doesn't sound like a weed whacker. It's just kinda loud. I'm looking for something with a little more growl than stock, but I want it to be mellow too.

I like the sound of it... gotta love em growly exhausts... and no, it doesn't sound like a Civic because along with those headers, you can definitely hear that VQ35 doing its thing...

Wish I could hear it, but my work computer filters out what sites I can go to...and where your clip is at isn't one of them...

I am going to get a driving video this weekend so you all can hear my exhaust set-up. Not a lot of people here have done that as far as 02-03's.

What muffler is that, by the way? Where did you get it?
