O2 Sensor malfunction Damaging?

I'm getting a P0138 & P0139 Sensor # 1 Bank#1 Voltage low, Voltage high.

I have finals and don't have time to take it to a mechanic until the weekend. Its been about 3 days since it happened. Can this damage my engine? I know that my engine is rough and has significant powerloss.
Thanks
