NEED HELP- fiberglassing the eurethane touring lip

so my friend is a body work genius, and its not that hes haven trouble fiberglassing the waves out of the stillen touring lip, its just that him and every1 he talks to says it would be pointless, it would ruin the fact of having a eurethane bumper becuz the fiberglass would harden and would crack easy, i know juice has this done, but dus any1 else have ne imput on this??

i would think that the only real part you would need to worry about would be the front of the lip. BTW, can you just fill the holes with resin or do you have to use mat with it also?
