What is the best way to clean the oil?

Ok this may not the correct forum to ask this question. But I really don't know which forum I should post this question.
Anyway, how do you guys clean the oil off your hands and tools?
Today when I change the oil, I drop some a box of sockets into the dirty oil and splashed the oil all over. Damn. Is there any good detergent or chemical that can clean the oil easily?
In addition, how do you usually clean the pan and tools after oil change?

Wear gloves [disposable like the ones in Drs office], that helps.

What about oil on your concrete driveway? Oil drips get into the tiny crevasses of the concrete and it's a biatch to clean. I've scrubbed with all types of concrete cleaners and nothing completely cleans the stain.
