19s with Stock Springs?

I have an '01 AE. I want to keep the stock springs/struts and upgrade to some 19's.

What size tire would look the best with this configuration? 35/40/45 ??

Thanks!

Many run 245/35/19 (including myself) but why do you want to drive a 4x4, because that's what it's going to look like.

I'd stick to something smaller; you will definitely get the lifted look when you throw the 19's on. Personally I'd drop my car first before getting new wheels.

I'm running 245/35/19 tires on my rims. Ride is good and they are nice and wide. You will definitely want to drop your car once you get your 19's. The wheel gap will be an eye sore. I'm in the process of dropping mine now. I did the front springs and struts this past saturday and am doing the back springs and shocks this Saturday. As you can see in my sig pic there is a big wheel gap.

It's all about the optical illusion created by low profile tires. Wheel gap looks worse with a lower profile tire because the ratio of tire to gap is smaller, even though the gap is the same. Definitely drop it.
