Quick reference to cheapest & brightest blue bulbs? Headlight and fogs?

Well ... crashed the car this last weekend. Whole front needs to be replaced. Bumper, Hood, Radiator, one Headlight housing which will now be two because i had Porshe HIDs that were JB Welded on and its gonna be tough to match the one that still works so now replacing both housings. With this, what PIAA blubs considering that they would probably be on Ebay would produce the nicest blue on headlights as well as fogs. Names please. Ill eventually get the headlights replaced once again with HIDs.....Thanks in advance..

You like spending money, huh?

First fixing the car after the crash, then paying all those tickets for having blue bulbs

Well in Miami ... Spark blue headlights and fogs are no prob ... just as long as the sidemarkers are not altered in the color it illuminates. Most modded cars here have HIDs in blue and even purple..so no biggie. Found some already but i would like some more references..

you dont want silverstars they are not gonna give you the look i think your going for. youll be pretty upset they arent that different from a factory bulb. go with the piaa super whites or plasmas or the razzo.

GE Nighthawk

did not mean to hijack this thread, but i bought two GE Nighthawk and according to info on the Internet, they are 39% brighter and also white too. They costed me about $65 CAD for a pair. Will post outcome and pictures when I have them installed.

Save your money on overpriced PIAA and go for these. Phillips and GE are good OE quality stuff.

It's not what you're looking for? Do you realize that Phillips, Sylvania and GE produce these lights initially and PIAA just copies it, adds a warranty and sells for 3X the price?

GL with all of that.

Your point? I had one silverstar last a year and half and the other is still going strong, I'm getting HIDs next so it's not like I love Sylvanias or other OE stuff. Look, if you want to spend your money on a company that jacks their prices up for a warranty go right ahead. But don't justify not buying OE quality product because some guy had one bulb break upon install.
