2001 Maf Replacement

Does anyone have a direct link to the step by step instructions on how to replace the maf the correct way?? I have searched the FAQ's and could not find a direct link. I am experiencing had starts (maybe the starter, but I doubt it) and the car has 71,000 miles. I have had this happen twice this past week but it is not happening consistently. Any suggestions would be great. I know this is probably one of the most common questions on this site so sorry if I am asking a repeating question....

For future reference, you could also try the non-donor search...

I've tried it a couple times and it works pretty well...
