Just got Borbet Type E + 235/35R17 tires. Sweet!
I got some 17" Borbet Type Es and Yokohoma AVS dB tires. What a huge improvement over the 15" steel wheels I had. I don't really notice much ride degradation just massive grip and much tighter response (no more screeching tires!). Now my car has the nice lifted look everyone loves. I may have to lower it. What's the best price on H&Rs?

Sweet! I love those wheels! I think those wheels and tires are nice size. I agree with the ride quality. Stock is 17", but I found it much better ride than the 205 65 15 snow tires. This might be because I am use to the tighter feel as suppose to the bouncy sea sickening feel.
BTW, did you say you want to upgrade your suspension? I really think you should get KYB or tokico shocks with a set of Intrax springs. They give a very low aggressive look. I think you should get the tokico because they are a little cheaper than Koni. Nissan uses Tokico for stock SE, so Tokico should be nice. But the Tokico you are getting will be better than the stock SE sets.
Enjoy your wheel with your GXE suspension until you get some new shocks and springs!!!
