We take our time. Last Sat's install took us over 6 hours. We do a top knotch and professional job, and that's why we get paid $300+ (yes, we even get tipped ) per install.

The new DDEs will have a more secure ballast. It will almost get ride of the "cold start" problem.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions, or just post them here
I noticed you mention cleaning the glue off the lens properly so you don't scratch your lens. I got a little on the outside (obviously) of my housing the last time I closed 'em back up. Could you post or PM me on the right way to remove the glue from the outside of the housing? Is there a certain product I should be using? Thanks man.

don't blame the messenger, some people would rather pay for work, others would not.
if you want pro level, he's good.
If you want other level or pro level and less expensive, that's fine too

We just mentioned that he's a good installer - what' smore the customer just emailed us today thanking us for recommending him.

We're stuck for this minute, but we've got plenty of stock.

When will the new versions be in effect. I'd be in if I knew I was getting the newer version. Plus I want to get an extra ring in each size incase one burns out and i wouldn't have to wait for one.

They came in yesterday
So they are ready to go - if you purchase with the regular price, indicate you'd like 1 extra ring, and we'll include it FREE>

Well that's not exactly fair to all us who had to pay $10 for a replacement ring when one of them went bad....

Why is that not fare. I'll pay full price. while others get at discount and I am basically paying for the extra rings and getting the deal at the same time. Matt is that 1 ring of both sizes.

But this is going through a GD. I could not get the rings and pay the lower price. 199.00 minus 30.00 for GD plus the 20.00 for each ring. You paid full price without a GD.

First off - it's FAIR no fare.
Second - how is it not "fair"? We provide you with a $30 (see site's price) replacement ring for free if you pay regular price. You don't even pay for shipping.

Umnitza,

I'm trying to get a few things straight that I'm a little confused about. First, is the $300 for the DDE's including the price of the kit? Secondly, how are we going to get these installed by your installer, do we ship to him or go to his location? If going to him is the case some people are getting in on this deal that live in KY & UT what about them?

Who are you? Check into the local forums. There's at least 50 fifth gens there and probably 20+ that would be interested. I'll definitly be interested after my wedding and honeymoon (I'll be back by the end of the month).

Partially why you only have 3 people into this group deal is- not many of us are willing to pay 200 bux for some "looks" item. Personally I have nothing against the product- I thought bout buying them for 150 at one point and time, but thought to myself- I get my lights jacked there goes my DDE kit, so I just stuck out and bought JIC, wheels, headers, exhaust instead.

not flamin ya, but it appears you have the stock 5.0 headlights. So, no, I wouldnt pay close to 1500 bucks for some headlights. But for those of us who have the 5.5 gen headlights stock, then its a great investment in the looks category. Ive wanted these since the first time they came out, but I only just now am in a position to get them. I hope we get more people soon!!!

I've had my 02 headlights for a long time, just never installed them. They are sitting here all cleared out ready to be installed. And I didn't pay 1500 for my lights, but 300 bux off Tripple8Sol.

Blackbird is right, the reason why people arent that interested in this is because to get the price to 150 you need 25 people so thats not worth it to most drivers who lean towards performance then looks. Im sure that if they were cheaper this would get more hits, just remember this is spring and people are looking for rims, drops, body kits, etc...

Good Luck though

Yes, 25 is a bit of a high number, I agree. I doubt we'd ever get to that point, but we can do more than 3!

If you guys really want this to happen i suggest you do some negotiating and some marketing on these things. You will be suprised to how many more people would be interested if the price dropppped.
