Damper Controller

I am looking into getting the Tokico Illumina's for my 01, I was wondering where you could get damper controller? is it worth getting instead of going under you car everytime you want adjust how it will handle?

I believe you can adjust both rebound and compression on the tops of the Illuminas with a screwdriver. Is this what you are talking about?
