HID + strobes anyone?

Just wondering where you 5.5 gens (or 5.0 w/HIDs) with strobes installed them? I guess most have them in their highs? But what about the other 2-4 strobes? Just wondering if it'll be worth it to buy strobes which I've wanted forever but have no idea where to install. I kinda need my highs out here in the sticks. Looking for some ideas/suggestions. TIA

im also thinking of drilling my headlights! Cuz i have a 2 strobes kit now, the controller is bad.. so only one side works! So i have access to a 4 strobes kit.. so if i get that...i would want 2 in the corner lights and the other two... i have to figure out where to! so can u suggest any other place for them?
Thanks in advance

When you guys say corners, do you mean the actual corners or the parking light? But where would you drill 1" in the HIDs?

If only my damn PIAAs were aimed properly, I could get rid of my highs for strobes..

no probs, is the effect as great though? Did you take out the parking lights lense? I'm thinking of maybe relocating the turn signals to be in the current parking light position and having strobes in the turn signal openings. I've never actually seen strobes in person so I don't know how a lense (like the turn signal lenses) in front of it would affect it.

If you have pics or a vid of them (on and off) that would be cool EastSide..LMK if that's possible. Thanks for the responses guys!

Defenitely! I will get pics/video for you...
When its off you can even tell theres a strobe light bulb in it...
When its on... its bright!!! I guess there are different watts bulbs... mine is 60w... i think...
Its hard for me to get a video in action cuz i have a momentary switch... so i have to hold it in while taking the pic/video, but i will see what i can do.... send me ur email id and i will email it to ya

What's the point of having a strobe?
Kind of retarded actually.
Other than blinding/distracting oncoming traffic, I see no benefits to having such a ricey mod. Just my opinion, so don't take offense!

Blinding traffic? It's illegal to have stobes on while the car is moving unless you're a volun. firefighter or something. I have enough tickets to deal w/as it is, won't be doing that. Rice? Well, the rest of my ride may be ricey to some as it is (clears, 5% tint, intake/heavy exhaust that does nothing, white LEDs, DDEs on a non-BMW etc.) so I could care less abt making it more "ricey."

Eastsidemaxima, if it's a big file, send it by going to www.yousendit.com and then e-mailing it to me at: nissan5788@yahoo.com . Thanks
