Wheels Finally On

Hey fellow orgers just checking in with an update. I just recently bought these new wheels for my max.
Let me know what the community thinks, honesty is appreciated and good or bad feedback is welcome.

Right click, properties, copy paste into a browser. kinda unique, i think they look good on the car and when rolling must look pretty interesting.

The wheels are ... different... ? I do like the drop though... JICs? Very nice.... guess it'll be easier to spot your car on campus now...

Another thing, I'd lose the pinstripe if I were you... doesn't really go...

Btw, how does an undergrad like you get all that money for rims and coilovers?

Once again thank you. My car is my sense of identity, which is probably true for
a great percentage of the org's members. I enjoy being quniue long as things do
not get rice or too clishey and such. Only the best for out Maxima's Right!!!!!!!!!

Oh yea like your rims too Deckdout2 I had seen yours a while back when browsind the Org before.

LOL P-masta I just thought of a nother funny thing about you spotting me on campus and stuff.
The inside is still GHETTO as HELL! With no glove box, center consol, or passenger side seat.
thats why I got the tint so dark. HAHAHA plus it makes all the mason hoochies wet when I roll by

LOL I knew I should have taken the pics from the good side Dam! HA your absolutly
right though whats up with that?? It is an authentic VIS Racing carbon fiber hood and
I admit there is a slight elevation causing that miniature fitment issue/gap I am almost
positive with some slight adjustment of the rubber hood bumpers and front latching
mechanism I could eliminate this problem. However, I am currently to lazy to do jack.

im definetly going to get flamed for this but try using brake cleaner and just a little. i used it and became really easy to just wipe off the pinstripe. My clearcoat isnt messed up. Also, my mom scratched her highlander and left a huge paint scuff. Used a little brake cleaner and the paint scuff vanished. Her clear coat is fine also. But use the brake cleaner in a very inconspicuos area first.

y would you get flamed it might work lol I see you saw my moms highlander too. LoL I
actually was just driving it and bumped this old rusty pole when revesing so I might see
if this technique will help remove some of that transfer. But like you said test it on a
very inconspicuous part of the car like a painted part underneath, because the chemicals
in brake cleaner are harsh on paint thats you this could both work and easily go wrong
overall good input though thanks man.

definately get rid of the pin stripe.....It takes a while, but worth it in the end. Try using a hairdryer and there is a product that 3M makes that helps when taking off adhesives. I picked it up at Advanved Auto Parts or Walmart....not expensive, about $5/can. Goo Gone works well also. Rims are unique. If you like them, thats all that matters.

Goo Gone does work man... I've used it for pine sap and when I shaved the emblems off the rear.... I think the hairdryer method is still the best for the stripe though...
