i have never heard of any adjustments to the rear. the fsm backs that up as well saying it is all preset and has no adjustibility. if anything is out of spec, it is either a failing suspension component or damage from an accident.

there are basically no adjustments you can do at all to the rear suspension...toe, camber, etc....beam axle prevents any of those type of adjustments....since the beam is not going to "bend"

There are a few places I know of that can bend the beam slightly to give it more toe. People who race B14 chassis Nissans do this all the time, a friend of mine with a 98 Max has done it also. Other than bending it using a machine there is no way to change any aligment setting on the back of our cars. The rear suspension really blows.

The beam bending definitely works. My B14 has had the beam bent so that the rear is 0 toe. Haven't tried it on the Maxima but I'm sure it would work. What exactly are you trying to achieve in terms of handling? How do you plan to use the car? What other mods have you done to the suspension already?

The reason for my questions is that bending the beam, is probably one of the last mods that you'd want to do, after trying many other things first.

Not really trying to achieve anything, i tried to get an alignment over the weekend, and it was nearly impossible to do because my rear toe was out of spec. (Both my rear wheels seem to be pointing outwards)
