Hazzy headlights?

Anybody have simple solutions to hazy headlights? Is this pretty common among Maxima's? My Maxima's headlights are just starting to get a little hazy (I live in California, and I don't know if it being sunny all the time has anything to do with it) and I notice that problem with a lot of the cars out here. Is there anything I can do to stop it, or make it look clearer again?

Try 3M plastic polish on the outside... if that doesn't work, and if you're in an adventurous mood, you can try opening em up and polishing the inside...

Will those work long term as well? It won't mess with the plastic in the long run will it? I am just nervous about applying stuff on my headlights, i don't want to have to get new ones just because they look like crap

Last year, my headlamps were looking hazy during the summer months. I've used TR-3 Resin Glaze Polish and it worked for me. It was a difference!

I have used a lot of products to clean and get rid of all the hazzy and other stuff off my headlights with no luck... In my accident they replaced one of them cause the braket broke.. and Damn... I forgot how the headlights look when new. The one on the passenger side is the new one.... don't know if you can see how hazzy the driver's side is.....

I use Mothers Plastic Polish once every three months. The climate is about the same here in FL and this method had kept my lights looking great. Takes about 10 mins every three months. The bottle costs $5.99 at PepBoys.

Even the wash doesnt help mine...it looks very nice as the water drips from it...but after it is dry..it hazes up again. I'll have to try the plastic polish now since many people say it works

The crazy thing about the headlights being so ugh is that my 99 headlights looked like brand spanking new in comparison to the 2k lights.
