Jackboot

There are so many little squeeks and clunks coming from my car that is sounds like its just gonna fall apart! I hate this. It sounds like things just need to be tightened up or oiled or something... Can i go somewhere where they will just do a general check and oiling to possibly aid in this? It all sounds like suspension stuff and it happens most when i go over bumps.
