Here are some links. I just did this install today so it was fresh in my mind.
It helps to have a second person, or use your head as a support as I did.

my progress bar came with instructions but when i got under the car i really didnt need them. this is not a complex install, only point of note is that you need to remove the ABS bracket and tie the cable to the RSB when finished

I put a Progress RSB on after I was lowered. Just last weekend. I can tell a difference but it is nothing super drastic.

your right, but for $100 and the easy install, it is well worth getting.

hey i just put it on and there is a huge difference in my suspension, but only when cornering hard. when i am at a stop and gas it and make a right turn, it feels like its pivoting on the inside wheel or something. The big difference might be because of my softer suspension (maxspeeds).

Ive got maxspeeds as well...should I get this for my car? I've noticed that the **** end of my car is all over the place now with the rims and suspension. Does anyone know the difference between the Progress and Addco bars?
