Nice write-up! Feel free to add this to the how-to sticky thread.

I noticed something while going through your images... your environment grew darker and darker and I scrolled down. How long did it take you to install the CAI?

okay where were you when I needed help?
I left the bottom white piece alone for the fuse box. Didn't want all the wires to be exposed..
Now, only one srew is holding it in place.......
How long did it take you to drill the hole?

RBa... once again, you've outdone yourself on your sig pic. Nice shot! What do you use for a camera?

After all the minor challenges like, the wrong Drill bit size, Drill not charged, 3 extra trips to Lowes. I would say the overall job took maybe 1 1/2 hours b/c I was taking pics every step. I started late around 8pm so it was already kind of dark out. worked under a tube light.

Kev Go ahead and add it to the sticky. Thanks.

Now for the guys who have removed the Resonator. what kind of noise change? is it too loud. I almost did it yesterday but then I was running out of time and had to go somewhere so I said maybe later.

Did you notice any power gains going from the stillen high flow kit to a cold air setup. I have the stillen kit now but have been thinking of changing it.

I notice under normal driveing, the car runs carefree. The revs are smoother and it accels without much effort. Under heavy load/fast takeoffs there is a change but I don't know how much b/c I havn't done that much. It does sound cool though.

I'll add your write-up to the sticky later on today. Again, nice job!

Since your stock airbox (in your case Stillen intake) is not connected to the resonator anymore, there is no purpose for it. I suggest removing it because it's just making your car 1-2 lbs. heavier. Imagine the increase in horsepower to weight ratio without it...
