Has anyone been able to pull up/off the plastic around the clock in order to get to the wires? It looks like one big piece but there has to be a method to removing it. I want to install a dim switch but the plastic around the clock is stubborn. Do I pull on a specific side or pull up on both sides at the same time?

Anyone?

Pull the big gray thing up and make sure you don't drop the two clips on both sides. All you have to do is pull.
