Question about coilovers...

One of the main reasons I want to get coilovers is to be able to drop my car moreso than I can with my Teins (2.2" in front, 1.6" in rear with my current setup). Is this possible? Would I be able to tuck while still having reasonable ride quality (since coilovers retain full suspension travel)? Or are there restrictions in the wheel wells which would not allow for, say, a 3"+ drop?

you can tuck it. Not sure how comfortable they're going to be tho.

Depending on your wheel/tire setup, a 3" drop may cause rubbing. Many times guys with that much of a drop need to roll the fenders.

Stock 17's with stock rubber. Will that cause rubbing?

You might be ok, but it will probably be close especially over bigger bumps. Not sure about the fronts when turning, though....Go 3" and carefully see what happens.

im about 3.5 lower than stock. tight turns while braking slam my wheels into my fenders, so unless u push the fenders out or get a diff offset rim 3.25 is about the lowest ull be able to go without hurting anything.
