When is it time to change clutch?

I have a filling that my clutch will have to go soon. What clutch should I buy next and what shops usually charge for labor to change clutch.

unless you do a lot of city driving, you probably won't need a new clutch till around 100k. if you're planning on putting on some pretty decent power making mods (nitrous, forced induction) then i'd say stage 1 clutch, other than that oem or oem replacement will do fine and best for around the town driving.

5 or 6 nasty launches will kill it much sooner then that.
