Illuminas are in, whats the best setting?

I' will be riding on Progress springs and stock rims (temp. a few months). What should I have the Illuminas set at when I install them? I have a system but nothing great, only 1 12".

Thanks

This is something that you are going to have to determine. Alot of people run 2 front, 3 rear. I will be running 1 on both since I am dropping for aesthetic reasons only.

Thats cool I understand what you mean. Its a preference of stiffness, but I'm a rookie to adjustables, so just trying to play it safe.

You will be safe under any settings...however, there is a tradeoff between performance and ride stifness/roughness when adjusting the settings. In all honesty, you are best off trying the setting out and seeing what works best for you. Overall, though, I think you will be happy with your desicion!!

yeah, most people have 2F/3R or 3F/3R. unless your streets are made of glass and freshly paved everywhere, i wouldnt go to 1/1. or like metal maxima said, if you are all show.

I have mine set on 2 in front and back, and am very happy with the overall ride. Although, it does get a little harsh on crappy roads. So, you might start out on 1 in front and back, and drive on that setting for a while. You can easily adjust them later if you want to go to a stiffer setting.
