My poor Maxima is dead

Well i think my car might be totaled
I had a green light and the right of way to go through an intersection but some stupid chick tried to turn left in front of me. I didnt see it till it was to late since there was another car to my left. My front bumper hit square on here rear wheel. I was going about 30mph.
This happened about 2 hours ago so I'm still in shock.
These pictures were taken minutes afterwards

Here is where it happened. The toyota truck that i hit is on the right side with the front of the truck showing. this is because when i hit her she spun around. you can actually see her skid marks.

and here is what happened to my car

notice the inprint of her wheel on my bumper

ok, im going to go drink away my sorrow now

as long as the chasis is not bent.. it'll cost around 7-8k to fix.. and insurance will pay for it

Yes the military will pay for it but they will still bill her for all services they performed through the "Third Party Collections". Also, it would have increased your settlement.

Sorry to hear that man... Thank God you are ok... a car is a car and It can be fixed...... so take your time relax and see if you want to keep it. After that we can start our fights here in the org again.

Good to know you are OK.

Sorry about your car man...

But if the cops give her a citation, that's an almost 100% sure bet that the insurance company will find her at fault...

You'll get your car fixed!

Hard to look at. Glad your ok. The bumper support and everything in front will have to be replaced and the hood. That really sucks. I am sure she just wasn't paying attention. It would have taken great restraint to not dot her eye.

It doesn't appear to me that the car is remotely close to being totalled. How many miles are on it?

im sorry to see that dude--but it dont look all that bad--but if you get the parts from Nissan it might cost more than the car is worth. got to be careful bout them body shops--a friend of mine owns 1 and he tells us about things that other body shops do like get price quotes from the dealer for insurance and put aftermarket crap on it so that the shop can make even more money. sorry again man

Like everyone else said I'm glad you weren't hurt. Hopefully it will be totaled, if that's what you want, and buy a 5.5 gen. Good luck man, hope it all works out well.
