Yeah, I'm sure he does. He's just got RSB on the brain (and don't even try to deny it, punkdork!)

Re- clarification

Any "real" authorized dealer has to have a completed agreement with Stillen to qualify and maintain the dealer status. Those who do not probably can not buy at dealer prices.

Minimum floor prices is very common and legal. Having a part of my other division made up of attorneys and a legal backgound myself, we have no problem with this practice.

In no way shape or form does any of the OEM's we distribute and sell for didcate prices other than the minimum.

This holds true for Stillen, JWT, Cattman, and all the others we carry.

It is to be noted that our advertised prices fall within these guidelines already. With exceptionally large volume group buys we can work out special agreements withy Stillen.

CLEARLY understand this is not an attempt to raise prices by Stillen or anyone else. What this does is level the playing field for dealers so they are consistant. I am talking about real authorized dealers. There are way to many psuedo dealers roaming the internet. They develop great deals and then then go to get dealer status to complete the orders.

This is clearly a Buyers Beware note.

We will maintain and continue our very large relationship with Stillen and comply with our company policies as well as theirs.

Regards

If http://www.custommaxima.com is a true

dealer they do in fact have to comply or loose their dealership rights - period.

Sorry, but as many others have failed in "simply" cordinating a group buy, so have I. I jumped the gun a little on Avalons' post.

Basically, Paul from Avalon is "unable" to decrease the prices of Stillen products due to a set price he can not go below. Any reputable Stillen dealer has to uphold this pricing floor or else they will no longer be a Stillen dealer. Stillen SCREWED us again! Wonder if he does this on his Honduhh parts, what a sellout! I'm trying not to vent till the end of the post.

Paul did try and help the pricing a little, but you can call him and get a 2-for-1 shipping deal and it will probably be near the same cost without the GB hassle.

Lastly, ohboiya says http://www.custommaxima.com/ is putting together a deal NEXT WEEK through another avenue. Supposedly, he doesn't have the same "limitations" as Avalon does. Hopefully, this turns out to be true, but I don't know.

Sorry again!

Why did I buy a Nissan again? Nissan dealers suck, aftermarket parts are scarce, and the only decent Nissan aftermarket parts production company is screwing us at every possible moment due to no REAL competition. I can't wait to open my own shop and put these guys out of business. Thanks to Cattman, Courtesy Nissan, Avalon, UR, and Southpoint for giving us "some" options. We need to put the pressure on Stillen, JWT, JET, Hot Shot, and others who are capable of producing decent parts for a reasonable price by buying Cattman, Avalon, and others products when possible. I bought a Maxima because it was fun to drive, 4-doors, roomy, had a V6 w/5-speed, kinda a sleeper, and was sub $30K. Too bad I like to customize my cars, however my next car won't be under $30K.

FSTB?

I know this GD didn't happen, but I didn't see anything on GD forum. Does anyone know anything about doing a deal on FSTB's only? (Stillen or Courtesy) I am also interested in the Stillen RSB, but would like to get the FSTB first.
