Servicing the Car

Hi all,

I have a 2001 Infiniti I30T. I purchased it at 34,800 miles last year. I do not know if the previous owner had done any service with the automatic transmission fluid, or the radiator/coolant flush. I will assume the previous ownder did not do those services. The car now has close to 50,000 miles. I don't push the car too hard typically, and drive 75% highway, 25% city. I live in NY, so we have 4 seasons a year. I change oil every 3,000, and rotate tires every 5,000. Other than that, I haven't put much service into the car (did change struts, add new wheels/tires, but those are more "modding").

Question: Should I be concerned about servicing the ATF? What is the typical service interval for our cars? I want to prevent problems with the engine in the future. If you guys think I should, I'll probably bring it in tomorrow morning to get the ATF changed/flushed/serviced (whatever it needs, I'm clueless about ATF stuff). Also how about the coolant? What other things should I be servicing at around 50,000 miles?

Look at the owner's manual in the glove box. Should have all of the service intervals for all of the fluids... (not that difficult to change the tranny fluid yourself and think of the peace of mind)
