BlehmoCo BBK with 04 Slotted IRotors - 5,000 miles later

As the thread title says, overall the brakes are awesome, I've really gotten on them hard and they still grip and bite cleanly and nicely. For those of you who have slotted rotors, do you notice humming and slight vibration, when braking from highway speeds to zero or to exit ramp speeds? Is that from the slots?

Also note the Black G2 caliper paint.

With my slotted and crossdrilled you can hear a popping when you brake...I don't feel any vibration though...I have stock sized rotors but iRotors.

hmmm i was thinking about replacing my brakes soon too and i was looking into the blemco kit as well.

how was the install?
how big are the rotors? is it better to just buy the entire kit from blemco for $365? or find your own?

Thanks

Yeah, I hear some humming and vibration when I brake (cross-drilled/slotted 2k4 iRotors). Mine are also starting to warp, but after 6 months this time... (which is a record, usually they warp every 3 months)

Is that a stock 17 in the 2nd pic? I didn't think you get them to fit under the stock 17's. Let me know
Thanks

Those are stock calipers! they do fit under stock 17's

It's the 6th gen or 300ZX calipers that don't fit under stock 17's...

Bendix IQ Titanium semi-metallic.

The last set of 2k4 rotors I warped were using Axxis Metal Masters. Those warped in 3 months, but using OEM 2k4 rotors (no slots or holes)
