color?

I am ordering a spoiler for my mom's 2002 Maxima GLE. I ordered off a guy on Ebay, but he told me he needs the paint code.

1) where can I find the paint code?

2) He gave me his website to reference a paint code, but they do not have her color there.. Her color is Sterling Mist supposedly, but the closest thing they have to that for an 02' Maxima is a "metallic beige" but I am not sure that is the same thing..

thanks

It's actually a code found under the hood on a palte on teh firewal ... ex mine is V2W it should be something like that. or QN0 or DJ2 something to tht nature, lookmunder the hood for a plate on the fire wall .. and it will read color and then have a code after that.

this is off topic but do any places online sell aftermarket bumpercovers (pref. front) already painted or painted upon request. When I bought my gf a spoiler for her cougar it was alot cheaper to get it painted from the ebay people than have it painted around here...

$150 painted and shipped.

The thing I cant figure out is that he has a website for color paint code referencing and but my mom's 02' is sterling mist and he does not have that option....
I emailed him this morning.. hopefully he gets back to me soon. I wanted the spoiler here by mothers days, and I ordered it a week ago and the guy just emailed me yesterday telling me I need the paint code

yeah, I just checked on her car and the code is kt3 but when I look on this guys site for his paint code, kt3 = silver metallic clear coat. My moms car is not the standard silver color, it is sterling mist (a beige-ish/silver-ish) color.

is kt3 still the color code for sterling mist?
heres the link to his site.... http://www.paintscratch.com/cgi-bin/makepaint2.cgi

thanks a lot guys
