CV Axle covered under powertrain warranty?

Is the CV axle covered under the 60k mile powertrain warranty or the 3/36k mile warranty? Another org'er is almost certain that it is covered under the powertrain but I am not sure. Thanks for any help you might have.

Um, exactly what does your powertrain warranty say?? Does anyone actually read the thing? Or just rely on what their dealer says?

Exactly, it's got a detailed description as to what is covered and what is not, and under what circumstances the covered items are covered ... wow that's a lot of covering.

Doesn;t the owners manual say the engine and drivetrain? The axles are part of the drivetrain, call a different dealer.

Yeah, I know it is covered, just saying that Bankston says it isn't even after NNA saying it was. This was just a heads up to let people in Dallas know about Bankston's shady service. Needless to say I will be taking it somewhere else.
