I want to get a set of the Cattman headers for my 03, was wondering if they are street legal. Anyone know?

Headers require removal of the pre-cats, so under federal emissions laws, they are not legal anywhere in the country.

If the car is warmed up to full operating temperature, you will still pass emissions testing with headers, provided your main cat is working correctly, if that's what you meant to ask.
