A few small mods today...

Had some time on my hands today so did a few small things....

First....Energy Suspension front sway bar poly bushings....Fro $25 and 30minutes to install, the difference is actually more noticeable in stiffening up the front end lean and steering response than with a FSTB...

some EXCITING pics! (new ones on the left, OEM rubber bushing on the right)

Also re-did (once again) the front engine valance thingy that I keep messing with...still not perfect, but getting closer to what I'm looking for. Had to make a new one that "fit" with the AE engine cover. Ok....I was just bored and looking for something to do, in truth.

Frankencar B-pipe will probably go on Sunday

I might be intersted in doing those bushings. Where did you get them?

And like maxilvr06 said, what about the house? Have you done any mods to the house yet? Gotta keep the wife happy, you know.....

You can get the bushings from Cattman....look in the group deal section.....I think they were $26 shipped.

Yeah, my wife just got a vacation (me too, of course) to St. Maarten for a week earlier this month, so she's plenty happy at the moment

I cleaned up my basement workshop, organized my tools, put up a cabinet in the laundry room, and cleaned the basement bathroom (opens intomy workshop, so it has 2" of sawdust in it)......plus put down mulch in the front yard "garden"....

Also spent our entire tax return (and then some) on couch/loveseat/big chair set from Pottery Barn that my wife has been eying for 6 months.... and finally got rid of the last of my "college-era" furniture

...you happy now?

I gotta respect a guy who would pick a turbo system over living room furniture.

Like Bluesbrekr said, tell her next years refund is spoken for...

Since your wife likes Pottery Barn furniture: They have a huge rectangular leather ottoman available, about the size of an office desk. My wife likes to buy furniture, and came home one day having crammed this behemoth in her car. It's one of my favorite pieces - very conducive to crashing on the couch in front of the tube. Sweet!

I see you lweft all the stock airbox components on the car. I took mine off and boy what a difference in the look in the engine compartment. its soo much more open. The box isnt doin anything in there so you should take it out. Just figured id throw my two cents. Good luck dude and NICE RIDE.

Josh, did you purchase your F/C b pipe via a GD, used in the classifieds or just from F/C?
