SES light and INCREASE in power?? WTF?
well i'd say its a good thing...but weird. I replaced the MAF in my 00 SE 5spd a few months ago...went from sluggish to a beast. Felt like it got a tiny bit slower over the few months...no SES light and had less power at 1st gear low rpms. Now it takes right off at low rpms and im getting 6.3-6.5 seconds 0-60 runs. weird cuz i used to get 6.8-7.0 runs. feels faster definetly...ever happen to anyone else?? will I need another MAF sensor soon? and yes im sure im timing it right with my stopwatch i did 0-60 runs several times more than 10 times and got same results....

If ya really wanna check for possible increased power, dyno it. Stopwatch tests and butt dynos always have some sort of measurement error or bias, no matter how many times ya do it.
